By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the “Terms Of Service” stated herein. The “Terms of Service” apply to all users, including and without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content.

SERVICES

This site provides a channel for users to buy quality products and services by signing up to our website. We endeavour to describe and display the products for sale to our best abilities. Please understand that products may be styled for photography purposes and may not match the exact images. We reserve the right to change and update the description of the products on our website at our sole discretion.

This site contains blog posts and content that offers product recommendations and dietary advice. Please always consult with your physician or healthcare professional before adopting any dietary advice or options as recommended on www.soulmade.sg. Please check the ingredient lists to avoid potential allergic reactions. Should you have any enquiries, please contact us at hello@soulmade.sg. By emailing us, you agree to hold us, as well as our employees and associates not liable, to the full extent permissible under all applicable law, for any harm, loss, or damage that may occur to you or anyone else as a consequence of your use of our services.

Soul Made Singapore does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 (the legal drinking age in Singapore).  By using this site, you represent that you are over the age of 18, and are able to purchase and/or consume alcohol in Singapore. We make every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 18. By purchasing from this website, you are acknowledging that the person receiving any alcoholic product is over the age of 18.

Our products may be occasionally unavailable due to market conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, to discontinue to offer certain products without prior notice. 

Please refer to our REFUND policy for more information on the terms and conditions for ordered products that became unavailable or were damaged during delivery.

PRICING

All prices are shown in Singapore dollar and applicable to taxes and optional additional charges (e.g. delivery or customisation).

We reserve the right to adjust prices at our sole discretion at any time and without notice. However, we will provide you with advance notice for any price changes to the products that you have ordered, and check if you would like to proceed or cancel the order. Your acceptance of delivery after will constitute your acceptance of the price changes, unless you cancel your order in accordance to this agreement.

PAYMENT

When you purchase products through www.soulmade.sg, we will ask you to supply additional payment information that is relevant to your transaction, including but without limitation, your credit card number, expiration date of your credit card, and addresses for billing and delivery.

By using our site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment methods for the transactions you engaged on www.soulmade.sg, and authorise for us to provide your payment information to third parties (payment processor) to complete your transaction and charge your payment methods, and that you may need to provide additional information to verify your identity before completing your transaction. You acknowledge that the final amount filled may vary due to promotional offers, changes to orders or changes in applicable taxes and other charges. In the event that the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or not accepted, your order may be suspended or cancelled. We will be unable to proceed with your order until the problem has been resolved. 

All sales are final. When you register on www.soulmade.sg, you acknowledge and authorise Soul Made Singapore to charge you for your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order due to any unforeseen reason but will refund you any payment that you have remitted to us in accordance with these terms.

ACCESS

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access www.soulmade.sg at any time. For orders placed prior to the termination, you will not be entitled to any refund to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the order has been processed, is in the process of being delivered or has been delivered to you.

In the event that you cancel your account with us, you may still receive promotional communications about Soul Made Singapore, unless you opt out of receiving by unsubscribing to our mailing list. Upon any termination, the terms of service listed on this page will continue to apply for any disclaimer, limitation of liability and dispute resolution.

We welcome your feedback and you can email us at hello@soulmade.sg. By emailing us, you grant us access without any restriction to share and publish the content on any medium. 

If you submit any information to us by email, postal mail, on our social media channels, or any medium of your choosing, you agree that we may, at any time without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute and translate for use in any medium. We are not under any obligation to keep the information confidential, pay compensation or respond to you.

We may, and have the obligation to monitor, edit or remove any content at our discretion should we deem the information to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates the terms of service listed on this page. 

You may not use a false email address or pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comment. You are solely responsible for any comment that you make and we take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comment posted by your or any third party.

We may include on our website interactive features that allow you to create, post, share or store content that include, but not limited to recipes, reviews, photos, and videos. In the event that you decide to share such content through www.soulmade.sg and related third party platforms, you accept responsibility for the shared content and accept that it will be viewable by others in accordance to the privacy settings established by the relevant site(s).

GOVERNING LAW

The “Terms Of Service” and any separate agreements and action whereby we provide you “Services” shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

INDEMNIFICATION

By using this site, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Soul Made SG Pte Ltd, including but not limited to, our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including without limitation, legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services in violation from the “Terms Of Service”.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

By using this site, you agree that we make no warranty that the services will meet your requirements and that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly understand and agree that neither Soul Made SG Pte Ltd, including but not limited to, our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, employees will be liable for any injury, loss claim, or or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SEVERABILITY

The “Terms Of Service” constitutes the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and Soul Made Singapore regarding the services and content. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from this “Terms Of Service”, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
